- Contact me and tell me your diet now
- Let me know your goals and foods that you can not live without (the goal is not to be miserable but enjoy the foods you eat within reason)
- Do you work out a lot? Allergies? Let me know your general lifestyle and foods that you don't eat and I can work around that!
- How many meals do you like to eat per day? Lots of small ones or a couple big ones.
