Plant Oriented meal plans designed for your lifestyle! Whether that be vegan or not I am willing to help everyone on the journey to find what foods work for their body!

How it works:

  • Contact me and tell me your diet now
  • Let me know your goals and foods that you can not live without (the goal is not to be miserable but enjoy the foods you eat within reason)
  • Do you work out a lot? Allergies? Let me know your general lifestyle and foods that you don't eat and I can work around that!
  • How many meals do you like to eat per day? Lots of small ones or a couple big ones.

Rates:

  • Weekly meal plan with one Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Option + snacks IS $10
  • Weekly meal plan with two Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Options + snacks IS $13
  • Weekly meal plan with three Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Options + snacks IS $16
