I started rock climbing a little over a year ago and have found myself quite attached to the sport. For me, it's a social activity that also strengthens my arms and core more than anything I've ever done. Yoga & Meditation

Finding yoga and meditation was the absolute best thing that ever happened to me. A lot of my happiness and calm nature comes from rolling out my mat every morning and setting intentions for the day. If you have always wanted to try yoga and meditation but could never sit still for long enough (like me) try out headspace

I used to be a competitive swimmer but have now found a more balanced relationship through incorporating different sports into my week! I am a swim coach throughout the summer and absolutely love it so triathlons help me to get my cardio in while still doing all the other things I love :)
